Khlovia is an AI-guided learning ecosystem designed to help students master skilled trades through interactive courses, AI tutoring with Zolina, and comprehensive educational resources.

Our platform provides access to courses in 13 different trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automotive, and more, with varying levels of access based on your membership plan.

Free Plan: Provides access to preview content and limited course materials at no cost.

Plus Plan ($29.99/month): Provides full access to one course at a time with AI guidance and community features.

Premium Plan ($49.99/month): Provides unlimited access to all courses, advanced AI features, mentorship, and job placement assistance.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Service through your account.

You are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.

All course materials, AI responses, videos, texts, graphics, and other content provided through the Service are owned by Khlovia or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

Any content you submit to the platform (questions, forum posts, etc.) grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such content to improve our services.

Our AI tutor Zolina provides educational guidance based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

AI responses are generated automatically and should not be considered as professional advice or certification for any trade or skill.

While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify critical information with professional sources.

You acknowledge that AI technology has limitations and should be used as a learning supplement, not a replacement for professional training or certification programs.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

Free accounts may be terminated at any time without notice for violation of these terms.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings.
