Virtual vs. Verified: Skills marked "Mastered" reflect virtual simulation performance only. Skills tagged "Supervised hands-on" (wiring, welding, brazing, pipe joining, brake and lift work, and similar) are only counted as complete once a qualified evaluator has observed and signed them off in person ("Verified"). Knowledge and simulation skills can be assessed online. Virtual mastery does not constitute professional certification, licensing, apprenticeship completion, or authorization to perform regulated work without appropriate supervision.
Competencies marked "Mastered" represent virtual simulation performance. To earn a "Verified" status — which represents genuine hands-on competency — you must complete the corresponding Real-World Task under qualified supervision and have an authorized instructor, employer, or Khlovia partner review and confirm your performance.
